Nestled in the heart of the Northwoods, this four-bedroom, two bath home cabin is charmingly decorated and sits on 255 feet of lake frontage. The cabin is located just five minutes southwest of downtown St. Germain, allowing you to enjoy the relaxation and privacy of your lake-front rental home, while providing convenient access to the bustling downtown where great dining, shopping, and fun-filled activity options await.

The main level of Lakeside Pines features a brand-new addition, nearly doubling the common space. Here you will find a large great room living area, a dining room with seating for 11, a fully appointed kitchen, one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. The great living room serves as the perfect place to relax while enjoying the beautiful lake views. A 65” smart TV above a beautiful gas fireplace keeps everyone warm and busy on rainy days,

Enjoy easy access to the backyard via a large sliding glass door that opens directly onto the large deck and patio. The backyard includes a fire pit and picnic table, perfect for cookouts and campfires. The upper level of the home has a large bedroom with a queen size bed and a walkout balcony that overlooks the lake. The second upstairs bedroom features a second queen bed and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the other bedroom. A massive bonus space above the garage serves as an extra-large bedroom that has one queen bed, two twin beds, and a futon bed. Both bathrooms at Lakeside Pines have been recently remodeled.

Lakeside Pines encourages guests to hit the water while visiting. While you can rent or bring your own boat, two kayaks and a canoe are also available for guests to utilize during their stay. If you decide to rent or bring your own motor-boat, the boat launch can be found just down the road from Lakeside Pines’ driveway. Take a trip around the 750-acre lake while observing all the wildlife that the Great North has to offer. Eagles, loons, and deer are regular visitors.

If fishing interests you, Pickerel Lake is a fisherman’s paradise. You can fish right from the pier for northern, musky, walleye, and panfish.

Lakeside Pines can be enjoyed year-round as guests can bike, hike, fish, swim, tube, water ski, or snowmobile right outside the back door. This home equips you with everything you need to make lasting memories at the lake.

  Anchor. Rentals exceeded our expectations!! The staff was very friendly and helpful during the booking process as well as during our stay. We did have to reach out a couple times for minor questions but everyone was friendly about it.This was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at ! We have a non shedding dog and I really appreciated that there was no trace of any other dogs having stayed there previously. I would Highly recommend Anchor Rentals to anyone! I just wish we’d found them sooner!!

  Perfect property for our family. Enjoyed the easy access to the lake and fishing off the pier for our granddaughter (and adults Lol). Larger living room area, well stocked kitchen, large patio area and use of garage were nice amenities to have. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

  Overall we had a great experience. My only issue was the camera over the wood area. For what we pay I don’t think it’s right to have surveillance cameras watching us. If there is a problem with the wood than it should be in a locked shed, don’t leave it in the wide open.

  Quiet, peaceful location yet close to St. Germain and Minocqua. Nicely updated cabin. Not a great lake for fishing, unfortunately. Mattresses are pretty uncomfortable and the primary bedroom upstairs with the balcony has a skylight right over the bed. If you're coming here for a vacation in the summer, be prepared to be awakened at about 4am. Who wants that when they're on vacation???? During our stay that was a major issue, plus we woke to a hornet crawling on us and also in the skylight. Maintenance came soon after we called, but the nest was so high they couldn't remove it, could only spray it. Sounded like it had been an issue previously when we called. The kitchen needs some serving spoons and a few ceramic serving bowls that are microwavable. If all these issues were fixed, we'd stay here again!

    Julann, Thank you for taking time out to review our cabin and staying with us. The mattresses in the cabin have all been newly purchased within the last 4 years and replaced. Since your stay the hornets' nest has been removed, and no more hornets. We have also gone and added some serving bowls and spoons into the cabin as well. Unfortunately, we will not be removing the skylight at this time. We appreciate the reviews and feedback as it helps us to add and update the cabin to renters needs. Thank You!   First off, the updates the owner did on the Lakeside pines rental is amazing, didn't even look like the same place.
  The staff at Anchor rentals was as usual very helpful with all and any questions we had and were prompt to answer them. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great experience. Even when there was a problem with the check I gave them (MY FAULT, WROTE THE WRONG YEAR) they were understanding and the issue was resolved.
  The property is in a great location on Pickerel lake and is a great family place to get away to. Is was very clean upon arrival and ready for our stay. All the grandkids refer to it as the frog house because of the pond on the side and spent many hours catching frogs around it.
  I have rented from Anchor rentals for 4 years now and have been very pleased with everything about them and would highly recommend them for your next northwoods vacation.
